About the role:
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for the to end recruitment process in a dynamic, fast paced on-site environment where strong relationship management, responsiveness and a consultative approach is key. 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle with a sourcing focus
  • Generate candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing methods
  • Ensure best practice is maintained throughout all processes and procedures
  • Build relationships with the SME community within Hudson
About You
As an experienced TA consultant ideally from an agency, internal or RPO you will possess a passion for talent sourcing and delivering exceptional client outcomes. You have a track record of managing a recruitment function within hospitality industry where the hiring is complex. The expectation will be you possess the following skills:
  • Proven ability to source and secure the best talent in the market for mid to senior level hiring within hospitality industry
  • Ability to work well with data and to present to stakeholders
  • Confident written and oral communication style
  • Track record of delivering high-quality work to strict deadlines, and ability to prioritise
  • The ability to build valued relationships and be a trusted adviser to the business
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
